CONCEPT
We take you through our unique, one of a kind lifestyle matching process. You shouldn’t have to be your own architect. At J Greg Allen Homes we ask you questions about your lifestyle, how your family spends their time, whats important to you. This process paints a picture for us to then guide our architects pencil to bring life to your ideas. Where simplicity and luxury collide.
CONSULT
After the lifestyle matching session our architect will deliver a conceptual floor plan. You will then have a consult with J Greg Allen to review and make personal preference refinements, drawing upon his decades of experience building custom homes.
The second consultation will be with our interior designer. This is a complimentary session that allows you to determine what the style of your home will be with the help of a well known and experienced designer. We are here to eliminate the overwhelm and simply give you a space to dream and create.
CONTRACT
After honing in on the specifics, we will complete the building plans, provide final pricing, and draft your contract for building your dream home.
The final step of the process is our gift to you. Virtual reality renderings of the dream home you just designed. Walk through the home before we even break ground to watch what you designed come to life! This is something you are able to revisit throughout the process and look back on for ever.
